Our client, Mono Pumps, is a global leader in the design and manufacture of progressing cavity pumps and related equipment. With major customer in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, America, China, Argentina and Canada, this international company is supported by a network of more than 700 distributors throughout the world. They have set new standards on product launch, have a word class innovative product and they now have a vacancy for a Group Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Director, your role will be to assist the direction of the sales team with a real focus on market analysis. You will recommend routes to market by analysing and informing on the next emerging country markets and market sectors and you will develop, implement and lead the development and strategy of our brand and products. You will also have responsibility for regional marketing teams in Europe, China, Australia and USA.
You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role in a product led environment with expertise in direct marketing, web-based advertising, brand development and export marketing. You will have a proven track record in building business through spotting marketing opportunities and routes to market. An engineering background or familiarity with a manufacturing environment will be an advantage. This role requires an energetic, forward thinking marketing professional who will help drive sales growth.
