Our client, Craghoppers, are a leading outdoor clothing company with a reputation for quality products. They research and use the most advanced fabric technology, producing effective, comfortable and protective clothing designs which incorporate the very latest features and systems. They are pioneers of designs and concepts constantly launching new ranges which add to their existing portfolio. With ambitious growth plans and a desire to continue to champion their impressive brand they now have a vacancy for an International Sales Operations Manager.

Your key responsibilities will be to manage all daily activities including all systems and processes to support the entire customer relationship for international customers. You will also drive sales through customer orders, communicate stock shortages as well as inputting and processing orders with our warehouse facility. You will also spearhead the analysis of customer take up for the top selling lines .This role requires the job holder to manage all aspects of the international customer journey. You will lead a small specialist team committed to consumer delivery so you will need strong budget and cost management skills to be considered for the role.

You will be a proven management professional with exporting and international experience and a track record of directing, guiding, developing and championing key customer relationships, you will also be versed in data input and data analysis. You will be familiar with a service environment where customer relationships are paramount and you must be fluent in another European language.
