Coaching
Why coach?
This is the number 1 skill, without any doubt needed by successful managers in todays business world.
All successful managers these days need to be an effective coach. In our opinion it is the most essential skill of all to be successful in a growing business that employs people.
What is the difference between coaching, managing and directing?
Managing and directing are also essential skills, but most leaders rely far too much on directing (telling and instructing) or managing (offering solutions) rather than releasing the potential of others. Most staff know the solutions to the problems they bring to their managers, but do not want to take responsibility if things go wrong.
In this arrangement the Manager is doing far too much of the work. No wonder so many feel under pressure!
What we offer:
Coaching for all managers.
Practical workshops for all who manage to get managers used to using coaching skills. They will become better managers and staff will also grow as they receive better encouragement and development from their managers.
Individual coaching
