Peter set up Untapped Potential to compliment the work he does with Vistage - the largest leadership development organisation in the world which aims to develop business leaders to their full potential. He invented the unusual approach to recruiting over 20 years ago and has had some pretty startling results in that time.

Claire heads up Untapped Potential and is the first point of contact be that client or candidate. Claire has gone from PA to Head of Recruitment and now as MD and a qualified NLP Coach she still has a passion for ensuring each recruitment campaign runs smoothly from start to finish and more recently creating and facilitating our leadership development programmes. Claire is (by her own admission) a huge Take That fan so if you resemble Gary Barlow you may get special treatment!

Clare is our marketing guru. Always looking for new ways to get our message out there and as a small business owner herself, Clare is dedicated to making sure all our marketing efforts are both structured and consistent. She is also the zen master of keeping calm & collected and with determination & dedication through her core, Clare is always focused on doing things better both within the business & with customers.

Catherine is the beating engine of the business. As our expert juggler she does a bit of everything, from accounts to candidate contact and everything in between, she makes sure the wheels keep turning and the plates keep spinning. She's also Claire's sister so if you see a family resemblance, that's why!
